This remarkable concert will pair two internationally renowned musicians: Sima Kustanovich, one of the Northeast's most celebrated pianists, and clarinetist Julian Milkis, described by the Nezavisimaya Gazeta (Moscow) as simply the best clarinetist in the world. Originally from St. Petersburg, Julian was the only student of the late Benny Goodman and has an international reputation as a soloist and chamber musician.

The program will feature Russian composers including Tchaikovsky, Taneev, Weinberg, and Shostakovich.
